Abstract
Demo abstract. Consecutive patients over seventy with four-part fractures underwent reverse arthroplasty with tuberosity repair and were followed for eighteen months.
Description
Tuberosity repair technique was standardised across the series to isolate its effect on rotation.
Rehabilitation used a single protocol with early passive motion.

A cerclage-and-tension-band tuberosity construct was used uniformly, allowing healing rates to be attributed to the construct rather than surgeon variation.

Deltopectoral approach, fracture-specific stem, standardised tuberosity repair, radiographic assessment of healing at six months.

- Forward elevation improved consistently across the demo cohort.
