Abstract
Demo abstract. Segmentation from staging CT was used to print sterilisable guides. Achieved margins were compared with the planned osteotomy planes on post-resection imaging.
Description
The workflow was deliberately kept inside the hospital: segmentation by the operating surgeon, printing in a biomedical engineering unit, sterilisation by standard cycle.
Guides were designed with generous bony contact and a single unambiguous seating position.

Bringing the print workflow in-house reduced planning-to-surgery time compared with outsourced guide manufacture.
