Abstract
Demo abstract. A simple pre-operative risk score guided bearing selection; dislocation events were audited over three years against a historical comparator.
Description
The score combined neuromuscular disease, cognitive impairment, prior spine fusion and abductor deficiency.
The protocol deliberately kept the threshold explicit so it could be audited rather than left to case-by-case judgement.
